Never Go Shopping When You're Sick.

You end up with so many interesting items...
It all started with the first pair of heels- shoes, even- that I've purchased since my knee injury in November.
Aren't they absolutely beautiful?! They're Enzo Angionlini's, and they are so comfortable, and so sharp looking!
Hooray for Nordstrom's "Reduced" section! Of course, these shoes can't be worn with my dress for Dana's wedding either, but I couldn't resist them. Especially since I made it for a full 30 minutes today walking around in heels before my knee got angry with me!
On to the next stop. TJ Maxx. I got a book The Meaning of Flowers- myth, language & lore by Gretchen Scoble and Ann Field.
And after that, Target. This is where the whole "being sick" part really affected my grocery list. I went in with the intention of getting tea, cough syrup, cough drops, and some water. I left with 10 for 10 vitamin water, cough medicine, cough drops, airborn, mouth wash, apple sauce, 4 cans of soup, and no tea, and no other stinkin' food. Oh- I also got a case of 7up and some really really comfortable men's pajama pants, some nice & thin cotton ones.
My fridge is now full of vitamin water and apple sauce. I guess I'll have to go grocery shopping tomorrow, this time with an actual list.
I need to go to bed soon, I have a busy weekend ahead of me, as if sleeping all day today was not enough. RARR. Stupid chest cold.
