You wanna come along for the ride? I've got to do something to keep myself accountable, and just journaling doesn't help.... I need to believe that someone out there is going to call me on it if I don't post about it. LOL.
I can't keep paying for a trainer - the first two that I had were great, they were actually teaching me things that I wasn't familiar with, challenging me to do things that really were new and pushed me harder, farther, than I thought I could go. The trainer that I've been working with now almost has me feeling like I'm going through the motions of circuit training, wham-bam-thank you-ma'am, and I'm just not content enough to keep paying for it. SOOOO... I'm turning to the proverbial "you", whomever "YOU" may be. Because, you know I don't hold myself accountable the way that I should! *chuckle*
