Bwahahaha! Diary-FAIL

SO, big surprise, I haven’t been writing regularly.... but I promise, I’ve been keeping up on my working out! Although I don’t think I’m going to renew with this trainer... he just doesn’t seem to listen, rather, be fully engaged in what I say. More times than not, I leave the gym and have to ice my knee after one of our sessions because he wants me to “just try” this or that... well, with my knee, it only takes one wrong POP! For me to be toast for a week!!!

Now I need to just make it happen on my own!

Day 5 - Leg Day

I'm doing a home-workout today, stairs, body-squats, calf raises, leg lift reps, and some good, hard stretching. The gym is always my preferred venue for a workout, but - meh - whatcha gonna do....

Day 3/4

Haha... So, I traded leg day for rest-day.... which means tomorrow is my new leg day.

As long as I don’t skip it! Hold me to it!!! Okay?

Today was cardio.... I didn’t do a specific cardio workout, but I remained active for 11 out of 12 hours, and got over 11,000 steps in today, and I’m pooped!

Let us see what tomorrow has in store?

Of course google/blogger won’t recognixe that I have any photos to add from my phone... *le sigh*

Day 2: Cardio & a FAT LIP?!

Well, I didn't make it to the gym... but I did get some cardio in around the yard before playing with Brynleigh got me a big ol' fat lip.


NO FUN.


No pictures from the apps from last night, since I'm posting while on my break at work & we can't access/download or anything here.  Too bad the blogger app doesn't work on the iPhone newer iOS. 


Until later today... today's workout is.... LEGS.  *cue dramatic music*

Day 1: Chest, Back, Cardio...

Here goes!  TRX kicked by BUTT at the gym, my trainer was amazing today, and I am feeling it, for sure!  Not a lot of words, here's my accountability post:

 

Not too shabby, just 1 gram over on my net carbs today!  WOOT!  And 120 oz of water consumed, with about 20 more (AT LEAST!) before bed....

Building a Better Me

You wanna come along for the ride?  I've got to do something to keep myself accountable, and just journaling doesn't help.... I need to believe that someone out there is going to call me on it if I don't post about it. LOL. 


I can't keep paying for a trainer - the first two that I had were great, they were actually teaching me things that I wasn't familiar with, challenging me to do things that really were new and pushed me harder, farther, than I thought I could go.  The trainer that I've been working with now almost has me feeling like I'm going through the motions of circuit training, wham-bam-thank you-ma'am, and I'm just not content enough to keep paying for it.  SOOOO... I'm turning to the proverbial "you", whomever "YOU" may be.  Because, you know I don't hold myself accountable the way that I should! *chuckle*
