Haha... So, I traded leg day for rest-day.... which means tomorrow is my new leg day.
As long as I don’t skip it! Hold me to it!!! Okay?
Today was cardio.... I didn’t do a specific cardio workout, but I remained active for 11 out of 12 hours, and got over 11,000 steps in today, and I’m pooped!
Let us see what tomorrow has in store?
Of course google/blogger won’t recognixe that I have any photos to add from my phone... *le sigh*
